landscape master planning
We were engaged by the developer of this property to assist with Tree management, Vegetation Management and Landscape Master Planning to accompany the council application for land subdivision into 32 residential Lots and 32 units.
The property had a riparian zone, was bush fire affected, was known to be frequented by endangered koalas and gliders and was mapped as containing an endangered ecological community.
Our engagement required us to work with the architect to ensure the lots were designed to minimise impacts on the existing trees and vegetation. A Landscape Management Plans were prepared to carefully manage the intricate landscape issues.
This project won the prestigious 2013 AILDM National Design Award for Landscape Management.
