On the site of the former Ashlar Golf Club a new residential community is under development – Fairwater by Frasers Property. ecodesign provided Concept & Detailed Design with full Tender Documentation for a 4 tower multi-unit precinct.

Our documentation included design of all Hard and Softworks including all materials specification and planting compositions. Particular consideration was given to common open spaces, public domain, lighting design & irrigation specification.

The scheme was modelled in 3D & inserted with the architectural model to assist with the creation of marketing collateral. Communal spaces sit atop podium slabs with extensive on slab planting, pavements & structures requiring engineers coordination.
