multihousing

landscape planning for consolidated urban living

State planning policies requiring urban consolidation around transport infrastructure nodes have required substantial increases in density. Multi housing is now becoming the norm within established areas.

Unit blocks, villas and town houses require a broad overview of the long term usage requirements of future residents. Similarly ongoing maintenance requirements are of considerable concern for the body corporate.

Often these developments are located on heavily constrained sites which require ecodesign to utilise our integrated approach to balance landscape, riparian, bushland and tree issues to gain development approvals.

A great deal of my success has been using your services and I will never underestimate the importance of your contribution to my construction projects. Your guidance and knowledge has been insightful with your diplomatic way in assisting me to alter my at times skewed opinion and design direction.

I feel totally comfortable and relaxed in all areas of our meetings from tree preservation and deep soil compliances to completing a maximised construction footprint then an impressive upmarket garden design, planting and vegetation management.

You have always been extremely accommodating in making time for my ongoing assessments and overviews of potential projects taking your time to give valuable advice. It has always been a pleasure to work with you and I look forward to working with you again in the future.Max Lucas – Managing Director
